Personal History

I graduated from Mumbai University (formerly known as Bombay University) with a BS in Pharmaceutical Sciences. I did my Masters in Toxicology at St John's University, New York in the experimental lung pathology lab of Dr. Jerome Cantor and Dr. Joseph Cerreta. I graduated in 2005 and joined the lab of Dr. Edson Albuquerque at University of Maryland - School of Medicine, in the Dept of Pharmacology & Experimental Therapeutics.
